1. A customer has the right to cancel his/her booking 15 days prior to his/her arrival date.
2. If you would ask to make a change on your booking, until the last minute to your arrival, we will be willing to help you. But changes are subject to availability and some 3rd parties and therefore we are not responsible for any handicap that might occur.
3. If a cancellation is made after 15 days prior to the arrival date, we have the right to debit the payment or pre-payment.
