1. Hotels, tours, activities and transfers published on our website are not live. Although prices and availability are updated regularly, some of them are subject to 3rd parties therefore price and availability can change at any time.
2. After you submit your details for your holiday through our website, we will receive your information as an email and our representatives will respond to you with availability and prices within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours please contact us again as there might be a technical problem.
3. In order to complete your reservation, we will ask for either the total amount of the service or the 30% of the total as a deposit.
4. For accommodations 4 nights or less, with early bookings or with promotion bookings we may require the total payment.
5. After we receive the payment we will confirm your reservation and send you a voucher which you will need while checking in.
